Overview

The FBox LED 100×100×100 cm suspension is a compact cubic structure that, thanks to LED illumination, ensures high visibility in trade fair and event spaces. Textile graphics tensioned on the sides and the bottom create a continuous surface, while the internal light source enhances color intensity and message legibility. This solution is especially recommended for smaller booths where a strong visual impact is needed within limited space.

Structure – FBox aluminum profile

• Made from an aluminum profile measuring 65×20 mm, in silver anodized finish.

• The profile is equipped with 2 mounting grooves, allowing adjacent fabrics to be clipped in.

• End result: the frame is almost invisible – only a 2 mm profile partition remains at the corners.

• Corners are joined using plastic three-way corner connectors.

• 8 connectors and 8 profiles per suspension.

• Weight of the complete frame: 16 kg.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Samba ST – dedicated for backlighting, printed using sublimation.

• Graphics applied on 4 sides and the bottom.

• The top part remains unprinted by default, allowing light to distribute evenly inside.

• Fabric mounting in the SEG system (silicone gasket) – quick setup, perfect tension and a neat finish.

• Each suspension is pre-assembled and tested, and the fabrics are trial-fitted to guarantee a perfect fit during installation.

LED lighting

• Lighting system based on spherical LED bulbs mounted inside the structure.

• The 100×100×100 cm model is equipped with 2 bulbs rated at 40 W each – total power: 80 W.

• Standard color temperature: 6000 K (cool white) – ideal for trade and marketing displays.

• Bulbs are positioned to evenly illuminate all graphic surfaces. With Samba ST fabric, light is diffused and the artwork gains vivid, saturated colors.

• On compact sizes like 100×100×100 cm, full and uniform backlighting of all faces is achieved.

Assembly and suspension

• Cables are attached to the lower profiles inside the cube.

• If a top fabric is used, the cables pass through it via dedicated openings.

• Assembly is quick and straightforward, with no special tools required.

• The set includes 4 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK cables with length adjustment and locking hooks – ensuring safe and stable suspension.

Configuration and alternatives

FBox suspensions can be produced in various sizes, with graphics on 5 or 6 faces. Sizes up to 3 m are standard. Available variants:

• non-illuminated – Decor 210 fabric on the sides and bottom,

• illuminated (LED) – Samba ST fabric, dedicated for backlighting.

Suspension rental

Each FBox suspension can also be rented. The client pays 50% of the frame value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure returns to us and the graphics remain with the client.
