General description

The FBox LED 200×200×100 cm combines a generous branding area with a strong lighting effect. The internal LED system makes graphics vivid and readable from long distances—perfect for medium and large stands that need to stand out on the show floor.

Construction – FBox aluminum profile

• Aluminum profile 65×20 mm, anodized silver.
• Profile with 2 mounting grooves for clipping adjacent textiles simultaneously.
• With fabric tensioned, the frame is almost invisible—only a 2 mm corner web remains.
• Corners joined via plastic three-way corner heads.
• Per unit: 8 profiles and 8 heads.
• Total structure weight: 30 kg.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Samba ST (for backlighting), printed by sublimation.
• Graphics on 4 sides and the bottom.
• Top panel unprinted by default to ensure even internal light diffusion.
• SEG (silicone gasket) mounting – quick installation and perfect tension.
• Each unit is pre-assembled and tested; fabrics are test-fitted for perfect on-site fit.

LED lighting

• Equipped with 8 spherical LED bulbs, 40 W each – total power 320 W.
• Standard color temperature: 6000 K (cool white) to boost contrast and legibility.
• Bulb layout ensures uniform illumination; Samba ST acts as a diffuser for a cohesive luminous block.

Assembly and suspension

• Cables attach to the lower internal profiles.
• If a top fabric is used, cables pass through dedicated openings.
• Fast, simple setup with no special tools required.
• Includes 4 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK cables with length adjustment and snap hooks.

FBox suspensions can be produced in various sizes and variants:

• LED – Samba ST fabric with internal bulb system. Graphics possible on 5 or 6 faces.

Rental option

Also available for rental. The client pays 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure is returned; graphics remain the client’s property.
