General description

The Textile Frame S3 S50 suspension with dimensions 500×1000×100 cm in the straight joint variant is an impressive structure made of three aluminum frames. The “C”-shaped layout provides graphic exposure over a large area while maintaining open space. The graphic is placed on both sides of the frames – on the outside and inside – ensuring a complete visual effect in trade fair or event spaces.

Construction – S50D profile

• Made from the aluminum profile S50D (50 mm).

• Straight joint – the frames overlap, with the 50 mm profile edge visible on two sides.

• Horizontal profiles equipped with vertical stabilizers, which increase frame rigidity and prevent deflection.

• The structure consists of three independent frames, packed in parts for self-assembly.

• Standard finish: anodized silver, profiles also available in black, white, or any RAL color.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Decor 210 – economical, lightweight, and flexible.

• Sublimation printing – intense colors, matte finish, and wear resistance.

• Graphics on both sides of the frames – visible from the inside and outside.

• Mounted with the SEG (silicone gasket) system – precise tension and quick fabric replacement.

• Each suspension is assembled and inspected before delivery, and the fabrics are pre-fitted to ensure perfect fit during installation.

• Optional: Blockout Nero – for applications requiring full opacity and elimination of show-through.

Assembly and suspension

• Frames have steel eyelets for mounting.

• Assembly is simple and fast, and does not require specialized tools.

• The set includes 12 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK suspension cables with length adjustment mechanism and snap hooks – ensuring quick, safe, and neat installation.

Transport and packaging

• Frames packed in parts for assembly, in transport cartons:

  • 15×18×260 cm ×1

  • 14×14×258 cm ×1

• Fabrics folded into squares, each in a separate plastic bag.

• Set optimized for repeat use and safe logistics.

Configuration and alternatives

Each Textile Frame S50 suspension can be freely configured in size, profile color, fabric type, and corner-joint variant (straight or corner).
If you expect the effect of continuous graphics all around, with no visible profiles in the corners, choose the variant with a corner joint.

Suspension rental

Each Textile Frame suspension is also available for rental. The client covers 50% of the construction value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure returns to us, and the graphics remain the client’s property.
