General description

The Textile Frame S4 S50 suspension measuring 500×1000×100 cm in the corner-joint variant is designed for large trade-fair and event booths where maximum graphic area is key. Special corner posts with a double groove allow the fabric to lock directly in the corner, ensuring smooth graphic transitions and eliminating visible gaps.

Construction – S50D profile

• Structure based on aluminum profile S50D (50 mm).
• Corner joint – graphics pass smoothly through the corners thanks to special posts.
• Split horizontal members reinforced with a vertical stabilizer to prevent sagging over long spans.
• Standard profile color: anodized silver; optional white, black, or any RAL color.
• Total structure weight: 93.69 kg.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Decor 210 (Polyester 210 g/m²).
• Sublimation printing – vivid colors, durability, matte finish.
• Graphics on both sides of the frames – full visibility from inside and outside.
• Mounted with the SEG (silicone gasket) system – precise tension and easy replacement.
• Each suspension is assembled and checked before delivery, and the fabrics are pre-fitted to guarantee perfect fit during installation.

Assembly and suspension

• Frames feature steel mounting eyelets.
• Assembly is quick and simple, no specialist tools required.
• Set includes 18 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK suspension cables with length adjustment and snap hooks—ensuring fast and safe mounting.

Transport and packaging

• Frames packed as components in transport cartons:

Textile Frame S50 suspensions can be freely configured in size, profile color, and fabric type.
Two joint variants are available:

• straight – visible profile edge on two sides,
• corner – continuous graphic with no breaks at the corners.

Suspension rental

Every Textile Frame suspension is also available for rental. The client pays 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure is returned; the graphics remain the client’s property.
