Light suspensions – lightweight ceiling systems with textile graphics, available in any size

Light suspension series are complete ceiling systems intended for graphic display in exhibition, event and retail spaces. Made from lightweight aluminium tubes and covered with a printed stretch fabric, they provide a practical and aesthetic solution wherever visibility from a long distance is important without occupying usable space.

Most models are produced to any dimension, which allows the system to be perfectly matched to the character of the event, the stand layout or the spatial requirements of the venue. Each Light suspension is delivered as a complete set: frame, graphic and suspension with certified steel cables.

Aluminium frame – lightweight, stiff and mobile

The core of the Light systems is a modular aluminium tube construction with a diameter of 30 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. The tubes are factory-crimped at the ends, which allows them to be connected by a “click” insertion – quickly, securely and without tools. Thanks to their design, the structures are exceptionally light, which is crucial for ceiling installations and repeated transport.

All elements are individually marked to facilitate assembly even for large sizes. Once assembled the system forms a rigid frame ready for tensioning the cover and suspending with cables.

Decor Stretch fabric – 360° graphics without creases

Each Light suspension is covered with a custom cover made of Decor Stretch fabric – matte, elastic and flame-retardant (class B1 according to DIN 4102-1). Covers are sewn precisely with elimination of visible seams at the corners. This ensures the graphic looks aesthetic even on large formats and under strong lighting.

The standard option includes printing on the four outer faces, but versions with printing on the inside or only on the external surface are also possible – depending on the project. Covers can be washed and reused multiple times.

Note: Decor Stretch is not a light-blocking fabric. With strong backlighting from outside, slight light transmittance from the inside may occur.

Dye-sublimation printing – vivid colours, durable result

Graphics on Light suspensions are produced using direct sublimation technology, which guarantees:

• vibrant, saturated colours and high detail quality,

• no gloss – natural, matte finish,

• surface flexibility even after printing,

• resistance to washing, folding and transport.

For more demanding projects, transfer sublimation is also available – offering even greater colour precision and deeper blacks.

Suspension kit included – safe installation without compromises

Each Light suspension is supplied with a complete nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK suspension kit. Depending on the system size, we use from 4 to 10 steel cables with snap hooks and a length-adjustment mechanism.

Cables are attached to the frame through small slits in the fabric, which does not disturb the appearance of the graphic and allows for an aesthetic suspension of the system in any exhibition, retail or event venue.
