Lightweight ceiling system with textile graphic and rounded corners – striking 360° form
Light SQ Rounded 200×200×75 cm is a compact yet clearly noticeable hanging system designed for aesthetics, visibility, and ease of installation. With gently rounded corners (50 mm bend radius), the entire structure gains a smooth, modern character and looks great from every side.
Structure – bent corners, tool-free assembly
The system is based on Ø30 mm aluminum tubes with 1.5 mm wall thickness, connected intuitively via click-in joints – without additional tools. Instead of right-angle joints, the corners are smoothly bent, which reduces fabric stress and enhances the overall aesthetics.
The set includes 4 nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK steel cables with locking hooks and length adjustment. The cables are attached through eyebolts screwed into the frame – routed through fabric slits that are invisible after installation.
Decor Stretch cover – smooth lines and double-sided graphic area
The entire structure is wrapped with an elastic cover made of Decor Stretch 240 g/m², flame-retardant (B1) and matte. Thanks to the bent corners, the material tensions without creases, which notably improves graphic quality at medium heights.
By default, printing is applied to both the exterior and interior, delivering a full 360° effect in open space. On request, a simplified variant is available – graphics only on the outside.
Technical note: the fabric is not a blockout. Under strong lighting, slight show-through of the graphic may be visible on the opposite side.
Direct-sublimation printing – intense, durable, flexible
The cover is printed using direct sublimation, which ensures:
a natural, matte finish without gloss,
intense colors and precise detail,
resistance to folding, abrasion, and washing,
full retention of elasticity and softness after tensioning.
Transport and assembly
The set is delivered in a transport carton, with marked structural elements and the folded cover. Assembly is quick, tool-free, and can be done by one person – the entire system is designed for convenience and repeated use.
