General description

The FBox LED 150×150×150 cm is a spatial cubic structure whose internal LEDs make it stand out in any trade fair or event space. Textile graphics tensioned on the sides and bottom provide a large display area, while the LED system boosts color intensity and message legibility. This size is ideal for mid-sized booths where long-range visibility matters.

Construction – FBox aluminum profile

• Made from an aluminum profile 65×20 mm in anodized silver.
• Profile with 2 mounting grooves to seat adjacent textiles and create smooth surfaces.
• Once assembled, the frame is nearly invisible – only a 2 mm web at the corners remains visible.
• Corners joined with plastic 3-way corner heads.
• Each unit uses 8 profiles and 8 heads.
• Total structure weight: 27 kg.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Samba ST (for backlighting), printed via sublimation.
• Graphics on 4 sides and the bottom.
• Top panel unprinted by default for even internal light distribution.
• SEG (silicone gasket) mounting – quick setup and perfect tension.
• Each unit is pre-assembled and checked; fabrics are test-fitted for ideal on-site installation.

LED lighting

• Lighting system based on spherical LED bulbs mounted inside the structure.
• The 150×150×150 cm model includes 8 bulbs × 40 W – total power 320 W.
• Standard color temperature: 6000 K (cool white) for high contrast and clear graphics at trade shows.
• Bulb layout ensures uniform illumination; Samba ST further diffuses light, creating a coherent, bright volume visible from afar.

Assembly and suspension

• Cables attach to the lower internal profiles.
• If a top fabric is used, cables pass through dedicated holes in the material.
• Quick, simple assembly without specialized tools.
• Set includes 4 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK cables with length adjustment and snap hooks for safe suspension.

Suspension rental

Available for rental. The client pays 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure is returned while the graphics remain the client’s property.
