General description

The FBox LED 200×100×100 cm is a rectangular take on the cubic lightbox, offering a large branding area in a lightweight form. The internal LED system makes graphics vivid and legible from afar—ideal for trade fairs and events where strong brand visibility matters.

Construction – FBox aluminum profile

• Aluminum profile 65×20 mm, anodized silver.
• Profile with 2 mounting grooves for adjoining textiles and seamless joints.
• With the fabric tensioned, the frame is almost invisible – only a 2 mm corner web remains visible.
• Corners joined with plastic three-way corner heads.
• Per unit: 8 profiles and 8 heads.
• Total structure weight: 23 kg.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Samba ST (for backlighting), printed via sublimation.
• Graphics on 4 sides and the bottom.
• Top panel unprinted by default to support even light diffusion inside.
• SEG (silicone gasket) mounting – quick install and perfect tension.
• Each unit is pre-assembled and checked; fabrics are test-fitted for on-site accuracy.

LED lighting

• Interior fitted with 4 spherical LED bulbs, 40 W each – total power 160 W.
• Standard color temperature: 6000 K (cool white) for high legibility and contrast.
• Lamp layout ensures even illumination; Samba ST acts as a diffuser for uniform brightness.

Assembly and suspension

• Cables attach to the lower internal profiles.
• If a top fabric is used, cables pass through dedicated openings.
• Quick, simple setup – no specialized tools required.
• Includes 4 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK cables with length adjustment and snap hooks.

Configuration and alternatives

FBox suspensions can be customized by size, number of printed faces (5 or 6), and lighting (LED or non-lit). Standard sizes reach up to 3 m; bespoke configurations are also possible.

Suspension rental

Available for rental. The client pays 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure is returned; graphics remain the client’s property.
