General description

The Smart Frame S4 S50 suspension measuring 300×300×100 cm with a corner joint uses corner posts with a double groove, allowing the textile graphic to pass smoothly through the corners. The result is a uniform graphic surface with no visible gaps or profiles at the joints, delivering an exceptionally clean display effect.

Construction – S50D profile

• Structure made from the aluminum profile S50D (50 mm).

• Corner joint – a dedicated corner post lets the fabric lock directly into the corner, producing a continuous all-around graphic.

• Split horizontal profiles reinforced with a vertical stabilizer to ensure rigidity and prevent deflection on larger formats.

• Standard color: anodized silver; optionally white, black, or any RAL color.

• Total weight of the complete structure: 46.63 kg.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Decor 210 (Polyester 210 g/m²).

• Sublimation printing – vivid colors, durability, and a matte finish.

• Graphics printed on both sides of the frames – visible from the inside and outside of the suspension.

• Mounted with the SEG (silicone gasket) system – easy installation and perfect fabric tension.

• Each suspension is assembled and checked before delivery, and the fabrics are pre-fitted to ensure perfect alignment during installation.

Assembly and suspension

• Frames are equipped with steel mounting eyelets.

• Assembly is simple and fast and does not require specialized tools.

• The set includes 4 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK cables with length adjustment and snap hooks – ensuring quick and safe fixing.

Transport and packaging

• Frames packed in parts for self-assembly, in a transport carton: 14×14×155 cm.

• Fabrics folded into squares and packed in separate plastic bags.

Configuration and alternatives

Each Smart Frame S50 suspension can be freely configured in size, profile color, and fabric type.
Two joint variants are available:

• straight – with the profile edge visible on two sides,

• corner – continuous graphic with no breaks at the corners.

Suspension rental

Every Smart Frame suspension is also available for rental. The rental cost is 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure is returned to us and the graphics remain the client’s property.
