General description

The Smart Frame S4 S50 suspension with dimensions 300×300×100 cm in the straight joint variant is a solid solution for medium and large stands. Four aluminum frames form a closed square, with a 50 mm profile visible on two sides. Textile graphics are applied on both sides of the frames – outside and inside – ensuring a full visual effect throughout the suspension.

Construction – S50D profile

• Made of aluminum profile S50D (50 mm).

• Straight joint – frames overlap, with the 50 mm edge visible on two sides.

• Horizontal profiles reinforced with stabilizers to prevent bending.

• Structure made of four separate frames, delivered in parts for self-assembly.

• Standard finish: silver anodized, optionally available in white, black or any RAL colour.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Decor 210 – economical, flexible and lightweight.

• Sublimation printing – durable colours, matte finish, high quality.

• Double-sided graphics – visible from both outside and inside the suspension.

• Mounted in the SEG (silicone gasket) system – easy fitting and perfect fabric tension.

• Each suspension is pre-assembled before delivery, and fabrics are fitted to ensure perfect installation.

• Optional: Blockout Nero – blackout fabric ensuring full opacity.

Assembly and suspension

• Frames equipped with steel eyelets for suspension.

• Assembly is simple and quick, no special tools required.

• The set includes 8 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK suspension cables with adjustable length and snap hooks – guaranteeing safe and aesthetic mounting to the hall structure.

Transport and packaging

• Frames delivered in elements for assembly, packed in transport cartons adapted to frame dimensions.

• Fabrics folded into squares and packed in individual plastic bags.

• Set optimized for convenient logistics and repeated use.

Each Smart Frame S50 suspension can be freely configured in size, profile colour, fabric type, and corner joint variant (straight or corner).
For a seamless all-around graphic effect without visible profiles in the corners, choose the corner joint variant.

Suspension rental

Each Smart Frame suspension is also available in a rental option. The client pays 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure returns to us, while the graphics remain the client’s property.
