General description

The FBox LED 400×200×100 cm is built for large trade-show booths. Its extended form offers a wide branding area, while the internal LED system keeps your message visible even in vast halls—perfect as a central beacon or product campaign carrier.

Construction – FBox aluminum profile

• Aluminum profile 65×20 mm, anodized silver.
• Profile with 2 mounting grooves for seamless junctions between adjacent textiles.
• Frame nearly invisible when tensioned—only a 2 mm corner web remains.
• Corners joined with plastic three-way corner heads.
• Per unit: 8 profiles + 8 heads.
• Total structure weight: 48 kg.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Samba ST (for backlighting), printed by sublimation.
• Graphics on 4 sides and the bottom.
• Top panel unprinted by default to ensure even internal light diffusion.
• SEG (silicone gasket) mounting for quick install and perfect tension.
• Each unit is pre-assembled and checked; textiles are test-fitted for on-site accuracy.

LED lighting

• 16 spherical LED bulbs, 40 W each – total 640 W.
• Standard color temperature: 6000 K (cool white) for high contrast and legibility.
• Layout ensures uniform illumination of sides and bottom; Samba ST acts as a diffuser.

Assembly and suspension

• Cables attach to the lower internal profiles.
• If a top fabric is used, cables pass through dedicated openings.
• Fast, uncomplicated setup with no special tools.
• Includes 6 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK cables with length adjusters and snap hooks.
