Overview

The 400×400×100 cm Smart Frame S4 S100LED is one of the largest and most impactful solutions in our range. With LED backlighting and four graphic faces, the system delivers maximum brand exposure at trade fairs, events and in retail spaces. Its scale ensures excellent long-distance visibility, while the uniform lighting provides a consistent visual effect.

Structure – Smart Frame S100LED system

• Built from aluminum profile S100D (100 mm).
• Corner-post-free corner joining — two sides show a visible frame edge, the other two present one continuous, seamless graphic.
• Composed of four independent frames for easier transport and quick assembly.
• Standard finish: silver anodized; optional white, black or any RAL color.

Samba ST fabric – backlit graphics

• Uses Samba ST, a fabric dedicated to illuminated applications.
• Transfer dye-sublimation printing — intense colors, high detail fidelity and a matte finish.
• Graphics on both sides — all four walls are evenly backlit and fully legible.
• Finished in the SEG (silicone gasket) system — quick installation and perfect fabric tension.

LED backlighting – full exposure

• Edge-lit LED modules mounted at the top and bottom of the frames.
• Even illumination across the entire graphic surface.
• Energy-efficient light sources — high brightness with low power consumption.

Assembly and suspension

• Frames equipped with steel mounting eyelets.
• Includes 12 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK suspension cables with length adjustment and locking hooks — for fast, neat and safe installation to the hall structure.

Transport and packing

• Frames supplied as components for self-assembly.
• Packed in transport cartons (for 4000 mm and 3800 mm frames — see specifications).
• Fabrics folded and protected in individual poly bags.

Configuration and alternatives

Every Smart Frame suspension can be configured for size, profile color and number of printed faces. If you need a non-backlit option, choose model S50 (Smart Frame without LEDs) or Light (tube-frame system).

Suspension rental

Each Smart Frame suspension can also be rented instead of purchased. The client pays 50% of the frame value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the frame returns to us and the custom-printed fabrics remain with the client.
