General description

The Smart Frame S4 S50 suspension with dimensions 400×400×100 cm in the straight joint variant is a solid structure dedicated to medium and large stands. Four aluminum frames form a square arrangement, with a 50 mm profile visible on two sides. Textile graphics are applied on both sides of the frames – outside and inside – providing a complete visual effect within the suspension.

Construction – S50D profile

• Made of aluminum profile S50D (50 mm).

• Straight joint – frames overlap, with the 50 mm edge visible on two sides.

• Horizontal profiles reinforced with stabilizers to prevent bending.

• Structure consists of four separate frames, delivered in parts for self-assembly.

• Standard profile colour: silver anodized, also available in black, white or any RAL colour.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Decor 210 – economical, lightweight and flexible.

• Sublimation printing – vivid colours, durability, matte finish.

• Double-sided graphics – visible both outside and inside.

• Mounted in SEG (silicone gasket) system – easy installation and perfect tension.

• Each suspension is pre-assembled before delivery, fabrics fitted to ensure proper installation.

• Optional: Blockout Nero – blackout fabric for full coverage.

Assembly and suspension

• Frames equipped with steel eyelets for suspension.

• Assembly is quick and simple, no special tools required.

• Set includes 12 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK cables with adjustable length and snap hooks – ensuring safe and fast mounting.

Transport and packaging

• Frames packed in parts, in transport cartons adapted to their length.

• Fabrics folded and packed in separate plastic bags.

• Set optimized for convenient logistics and reuse.

For seamless all-around graphics without visible profiles in corners, choose the corner joint variant.

Suspension rental

Available also as rental. The client pays 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure returns, fabrics remain with the client.
