Rectangular suspension with 50 mm profile – seamless wrap-around graphic with no corner breaks

General description

The Smart Frame S4 S50 suspension measuring 400×600×100 cm in the corner-joint variant delivers a continuous graphic surface around the entire perimeter. Special corner posts with a double groove let the fabric lock directly into the corners, eliminating visible gaps and giving a professional, elegant look.

Construction – S50D profile

• Made from aluminum profile S50D (50 mm).
• Corner joint – enables continuous graphics in the corners.
• Split horizontal members reinforced with a vertical stabilizer to increase rigidity and prevent sagging on larger spans.
• Standard finish: anodized silver; optional black, white, or any RAL color.
• Complete structure weight: 68.32 kg.

Fabric and graphics

• Standard fabric: Decor 210 (Polyester 210 g/m²).
• Sublimation printing – vivid colors, durability, matte finish.
• Graphics on both sides of the frames – visible from the inside and outside.
• Mounted with the SEG (silicone gasket) system – precise tension and easy installation.
• Each suspension is assembled and checked before delivery, and fabrics are pre-fitted to ensure perfect fit at installation.

Assembly and suspension

• Frames equipped with steel eyelets for mounting.
• Assembly is quick and simple, no specialist tools required.
• Set includes 14 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK suspension cables with length adjustment and snap hooks—for safe, clean mounting.

Transport and packaging

• Frames packed as components for on-site assembly, in transport cartons:

• Fabrics folded and packed individually in plastic bags.

Configuration and alternatives

Each Smart Frame S50 suspension can be freely configured in size, profile color, and fabric type.
Two joint variants available:

• straight – visible profile edge on two sides,
• corner – continuous graphic with no breaks in the corners.

Suspension rental

Every Smart Frame suspension is also available for rental. The client pays 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure is returned; the graphics remain the client’s property.
