General Description

The Smart Frame S4 S50 suspension measuring 500×1000×100 cm in the straight-joint variant is one of the largest solutions in this category. Thanks to its rectangular format and extensive graphic area, it excels in exhibition spaces where long-distance brand visibility is crucial. The textile graphic is applied on both sides of the frames – outside and inside – providing full coverage and a uniform visual effect around the entire perimeter.

Construction – S50D Profile

• Based on aluminum profile S50D (50 mm).

• Straight joint – frames overlap, with the 50 mm profile edge visible on two sides.

• Horizontal profiles reinforced with vertical stabilizers to prevent deflection over large spans.

• Structure consists of four independent frames, delivered in parts for on-site assembly.

• Standard profile colour: silver anodized; optionally also black, white or any RAL colour.

Fabric and Graphics

• Standard fabric: Decor 210 – economical, flexible and lightweight.

• Sublimation printing – vivid colours, durability and a matte finish.

• Graphics on both sides of the frames – visible from outside and inside the suspension.

• Mounted in the SEG (silicone edge gasket) system – quick installation and perfect fabric tension.

• Each suspension is pre-assembled before delivery, and fabrics are test-fitted to ensure perfect fit during installation.

• Optional: Blockout Nero – light-blocking fabric recommended in strong external lighting.

Assembly and Suspension

• Frames equipped with steel mounting eyelets.

• Quick and simple assembly without specialized tools.

• Set includes 18 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK suspension cables with length adjustment and snap hooks – ensuring safe and neat mounting to hall structures.

Transport and Packaging

• Frames delivered in parts, packed in transport cartons:

Each Smart Frame S50 suspension can be freely configured for size, profile colour, fabric type and corner-joint variant (straight or corner).
For a continuous graphic without visible profiles in the corners, choose the corner-joint variant.

Suspension Rental

Also available for rental. The customer pays 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure is returned, while the graphics remain the customer’s property.
