The 500×500×100 cm Smart Frame S4 S100LED is designed for the largest trade-fair booths and events where maximum brand visibility is essential. Its impressive graphic area, combined with uniform LED backlighting, makes the suspension a central focal point — clearly visible from tens of meters away.

Structure – Smart Frame S100LED system

• Manufactured from aluminum profile S100D (100 mm).
• Corner-post-free joining — two sides show a visible frame edge; the other two present a continuous, seamless graphic.
• Built from four independent frames for easy transport, fast assembly and repeated use.
• Standard profile finish: silver anodized; optional white, black or any RAL color.

Samba ST fabric – backlit graphics

• Samba ST — premium fabric for illuminated applications.
• Transfer dye-sublimation printing — saturated colors, high quality and a matte finish.
• Double-sided graphics — all four sides are backlit and fully legible.
• SEG finishing (silicone edge gasket) — quick fitting and perfect fabric tension.

LED backlighting – maximum exposure effect

• Edge-lit LED modules mounted at the top and bottom of the frames.
• Uniform illumination with no hotspots.
• High visual impact with optimized energy consumption.

Assembly and suspension

• Frames equipped with steel mounting eyelets.
• Includes 12 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK suspension cables with length adjustment and locking hooks — for quick and safe installation to the hall structure.

Transport and packing

• Frames supplied as components for on-site assembly, packed in transport cartons (for 5000 mm and 4800 mm frames — see specification).
• Fabrics folded, each protected in a separate poly bag.
• Optimized for repeated use across different projects.

Configuration and alternatives

Every Smart Frame suspension can be configured for size, profile color and number of printed faces. For a non-backlit option, choose S50 (Smart Frame without LEDs) or Light (tube system).

Suspension rental

Each Smart Frame can also be rented instead of purchased. The client pays 50% of the frame value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure returns to us and the printed fabrics remain with the client.
