General Description

The Smart Frame S4 S50 suspension measuring 500×500×100 cm in the straight-joint variant is designed for large trade show booths and event displays. The structure consists of four aluminum frames forming a closed square, with a 50 mm profile visible on two sides. Textile graphics are placed both on the outside and inside of the frames, fully utilizing the display area and increasing message visibility in the exhibition space.

Construction – S50D Profile

• Made of aluminum profile S50D (50 mm).

• Straight joint – frames overlap, with the 50 mm profile edge visible on two sides.

• Horizontal profiles are reinforced with stabilizers to prevent bending at large sizes.

• The structure consists of four independent frames, delivered in parts for self-assembly.

• Standard profile colour: silver anodized, also available in white, black or any RAL colour.

Fabric and Graphics

• Standard fabric: Decor 210 – economical, flexible and lightweight.

• Sublimation printing – durable colours, matte finish, high detail quality.

• Graphics on both sides of the frames – visual effect visible from outside and inside the suspension.

• Mounted in the SEG (silicone edge gasket) system – easy installation and perfect fabric tension.

• Each suspension is pre-assembled and checked before delivery, and the fabrics are test-fitted to ensure trouble-free on-site installation.

• Optional: Blockout Nero – blackout fabric eliminating show-through.

Assembly and Suspension

• Frames equipped with steel mounting eyelets.

• Assembly is quick and simple, no specialized tools required.

• Set includes 12 certified nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK suspension cables with length adjustment and snap hooks – ensuring quick, safe and neat mounting to hall structures.

Transport and Packaging

• Frames delivered in parts, packed in transport cartons matched to frame length.

• Fabrics folded, each in a separate plastic bag.

Configuration and Alternatives

Each Smart Frame S50 suspension can be configured in size, profile colour, fabric type and corner-joint variant (straight or corner).
For an all-around continuous graphic without visible profiles in the corners, the corner joint variant is recommended.

Suspension Rental

Each Smart Frame suspension is also available for rental. The client pays 50% of the structure value and 100% of the fabric value. After the event, the structure is returned and the graphics remain the client’s property.
