Light SQ Rounded 600×400×100 cm is a large-format ceiling system based on an aluminum structure with curved corners and an elastic graphic cover. With a height of 100 cm and smooth 50 mm corner radii, the structure looks modern and cohesive while ensuring excellent visibility of the message from every side of a trade fair, event, or retail hall.
Structure – precision, smooth lines, safety
The frame is built from Ø30 mm aluminum tubes / 1.5 mm wall thickness, connected via an intuitive click-in system – no tools required. The corners are factory-bent to a 50 mm radius, eliminating sharp angles and enabling even tension of the cover.
Given the size of the system, the set includes 10 nVent CADDY Speed Link SLK steel cables – each with a locking hook and length adjustment. The cables are attached to the structure through eyebolts screwed into the frame and routed through discreet slits in the fabric.
Decor Stretch cover – taut fabric, graphics on both sides
The structure is covered with a sleeve made of Decor Stretch 240 g/m², with a matte finish and flame retardancy class B1 (DIN 4102-1). The 100 cm height provides a readable advertising surface on each wall, and the fabric’s elasticity ensures even tension – even at large sizes and curved corners.
By default, graphics are applied on both the exterior and interior, delivering a 360° effect in open space. On request, a simplified variant is available – graphics only on the outside.
Technical note: Decor Stretch is not a blockout fabric. Under strong external lighting, slight show-through to the interior may occur.
Printing technology – durability and precision
The cover is printed using direct sublimation, which provides:
intense, consistent colors on large areas,
no gloss – a natural, matte appearance,
resistance to creasing, abrasion, and repeated use,
retention of the material’s elasticity after printing.
Transport and assembly
The system is delivered in a transport carton, with the frame and cover packed separately. Assembly is quick and tool-free – all parts are labeled and the click-in joints allow hassle-free installation even at larger formats.
